Furnace Operators
Hours: Hours: 9pm – 9am and 9am – 9pm

Furnace operators are responsible for preparing parts for the furnaces, programming furnaces, some in-process inspection, loading and unloading of parts, keeping area clean, reporting maintenance issues and some preventative maintenance on equipment. Experience in manufacturing, hoist operation, and forklift driving preferred but will train. Twelve hour, three & four days/week shifts. Every other three-day weekend off.

Customer Service Representative
Hours: 8am – 5pm

Track status of jobs throughout the heat treating shop
Assist in moving shops throughout the shop, as needed, to meet customer delivery dates
Communicate job status to customers via telephone, email and or fax and through their purchase order confirmations
Educate on what realistic expectations for delivery are to customers
Communicate with Production Manager the status and needs of customers
Inventory monitoring and reporting
Assist in writing production procedures
Assist in scheduling work throughout the shop
Prepare work orders and scheduling tickets for review of the Production Manager
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Production Manager
